By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking charter services through Valeron Yachting ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Valeron Yachting provides yacht charter brokerage and related services, including assistance with charter selection, booking coordination, and communication between clients and yacht owners or charter operators. Valeron Yachting does not own the yachts unless explicitly stated and acts as an intermediary between the client and the charter provider. All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, availability, pricing, specifications, and descriptions of yachts and services may change without notice and cannot be guaranteed at all times. Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A charter booking becomes valid only after written confirmation, agreement signing where applicable, and payment of the required deposit as specified in the charter offer. Clients are responsible for reviewing all charter documentation, including the charter agreement issued by the yacht owner or charter operator, before confirming a booking. The terms of the charter operator may apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Charter prices, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and security deposits are defined by the charter operator and will be specified in the individual charter agreement. Clients agree to comply with all payment deadlines and contractual obligations stated in that agreement. Valeron Yachting shall not be held responsible for changes in yacht availability, substitutions, delays, itinerary changes, weather conditions, port authority restrictions, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect charter execution. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, visas, insurance policies, licenses (where applicable), and other requirements necessary for charter participation are valid and obtained prior to the charter start date. Clients are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance, including charter cancellation insurance, personal accident insurance, medical coverage, and liability coverage where applicable. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all intellectual property rights related to the content of this website, including text, branding, graphics, layout, and visual materials, remain the property of Valeron Yachting and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious software, or engage in activities that may damage the website or interfere with its operation.
